Return & Refund Policy – Sticksy Lab

At Sticksy Lab, your satisfaction is our priority. We create custom products with care, and we’re here to make sure you love your order. Please review our return and refund policy below.


Custom Products

Because all of our stickers and products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what you approved or submitted.


Eligible for Replacement or Refund If:

  • Your item arrived damaged during shipping

  • There is a printing error or quality issue caused by us

  • You received the wrong item or size

  • The product is significantly different from the approved design

To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue
  • A short explanation of the problem

 

Not Eligible for Return or Refund:

  • You changed your mind after placing the order
  • You uploaded the wrong design or file
  • Minor color variation due to screen differences
  • Late delivery caused by the shipping carrier


Shipping Returns (if approved)

If we request a return, we’ll provide instructions and the return address. You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the error was ours.

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Replacements will be shipped as quickly as possible.
